Mocana donates one hundred yoga mats to Earthchild project.
Mocana is proud to partner with Earthchild project to help introduce disadvantaged communities to the benefits of practising yoga. Earthchild Project is a Non-Profit Organisation operating in disadvantaged schools in Cape Town, South Africa. Working with children and teachers their educational programmes focus on the environment, health and life-skills. They teach practical skills such as yoga, mindfulness & organic gardening to over 3500 children and 300 teachers. Yoga works on all aspects of a person: physical, mental and emotional. When practised regularly it creates more flexibility, strength, coordination and self-awareness; reduces stress and improves concentration; creates calmness and an increased sense of peace and connection to self.
